Logistic Force strengthens its position in the Netherlands via the acquisition of staffing specialist Wiver

Logistic Force, a full-service HR-services specialist active in the transportation and logistics segment, has acquired the activities of temp staffing organization Wiver on the 30th of November 2023. Via the acquisition of Wiver, Logistic Force broadens its commercial coverage in the Netherlands and accesses the Dutch niche market for staffing to professional moving companies. Combinedly the two companies expect to realize a revenue of EUR 120 m in 2023. Dutch investor FIELDS Group actively supported the management of Logistic Force in the M&A process.

The merger offers clear growth opportunities and allows both companies to join forces commercially. With more than 300 temporary workers, Wiver is active in the market of moving service agencies, transportation companies & logistics companies on across the Netherlands. “The acquisition of Wiver perfectly fits our growth ambitions in the Netherlands.
