Back to overviewOn the 28th of December 2023, Logistic Force, a full-service HR-services provider for the transportation & logistics segments, acquired the activities of staffing specialist Transflexion. Via the acquisition of Transflexion, Logistic Force strengthens her commercial coverage in the South and Middle of Limburg. By combining the local footprint of both organizations, Logistic Force aims to build a market-leading position in this Dutch-German border-area. Majority shareholder FIELDS Group supported Logistic Force in this acquisition.
Transflexion offers temp workers (mainly truck drivers) and related education services in the South & Middle of Limburg, an area in which Logistic Force was commercially underrepresented until this acquisition. Martin van Dijk, CEO of Logistic Force, is delighted with the acquisition: “The acquisition of Transflexion is a crown on a very successful 2023 for Logistic Force. We see concrete growth opportunities to expand our service offering in the Limburg-area and further build-up our local market expertise to fully play into the economic opportunities this area of the Netherlands is offering”. André Smeets, former CEO & owner of Transflexion, is also happy with the transaction: “Transflexion is in good hands with Logistic Force and I expect that the merger will increase the quality of our services to our customers.
