OAZ partners with FIELDS Group to support further growth ambitions

FIELDS Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of a majority interest in OAZ HR Specialisten (“OAZ”). OAZ is a Dutch HR-services provider with a focus on supporting medium and large organizations in managing their financial risks and benefits related to having personnel in the domains of education, social security and the inflow of new staff. OAZ currently employs ~ 90 people; the company is headquartered in Goes and also operates from a branch office in Huis ter Heide. The aim of the partnership is to further grow the company organically and inorganically in the upcoming years.
