André has broad experience in M&A, due diligence and financial management. He likes to combine his financial and operational expertise to turn a strategy into an actionable plan.
Prior to FIELDS, André was Vice President Finance at homefully where he was responsible to manage the growth path (including two venture capital financing rounds) and to execute a transformative merger-of-equals M&A transaction. Before that, he worked in corporate finance and M&A at HSBC and Capitalmind.
André holds a Bachelor with first class honors in Accounting & Finance from Northumbria University, Newcastle and a Bachelor of Arts in International Sports Management from Accadis Hochschule Bad Homburg. Still today, sport continues to give him a clear head in challenging business situations.
