Matthias has broad experience in M&A sell- and buy-side transactions with particular experience in finance, accounting and due diligence.
Prior to joining FIELDS, Matthias worked as an Associate in the M&A team of goetzpartners Corporate Finance in Munich where he focused primarily on the Industrials sector and Corporate Carve-outs.
Before that, Matthias started his career as a consultant in the Transaction Services division of PwC in Frankfurt.
Matthias has an MSc in International Management/CEMS from the Rotterdam School of Management and a BSc in International Business & Management from the University of Groningen.
