Via this strategic acquisition, TIIMG strengthens its position in archive management and digitization (in line with its mission to promote paperless working), while expanding its reach into Germany.
Novodoc, with more than 40 years of experience, has built a solid reputation as a specialist in archiving and digitisation solutions. Via the acquisition of Novodoc, TIIMG will not only expand its customer base, but will also broaden its range of services in the German market. The aim is to let Novodoc’s customers benefit from the extensive range of services and innovative technologies TIIMG has to offer, while letting them continue to rely on the well-known quality and expertise Novodoc is known for.
