Back to overviewAmsterdam, 06th October 2023 – FIELDS Group is pleased to announce the acquisition of a majority interest in TTNL (“TTNL”). TTNL is a leading IT-Infrastructure service provider in the Benelux region and other selected countries, specializing in end-to-end expertise in setting-up, maintaining and optimizing mission-critical hybrid multi-cloud IT-Infrastructures. The aim of the partnership is to build on the successful heritage of TTNL and to grow the company into a leading provider in Europe. At the same time FIELDS Group will support the transition from Nicolai Kippersluis (Founder & CEO) to a new management team with Michel Luxembourg (CCO) and Derk-Jan Boon (CTO) taking on even more prominent roles.
